Nexam Chemical is a Swedish public limited company with its head office in Lund. The Company´s share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm First North Premier and has been listed since 2013.
The management, leadership and control of Nexam Chemical is divided between the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company, the CEO, the Swedish Companies Act, the applicable articles of association and the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, “the Code”. Nexam Chemical apply the Code since 1 January, 2017.
