Today, Friday 28 October, 2016, an Extra General Meeting (EGM) was held in Nexam Chemical Holding AB (publ). At the EGM, 7,106,000 shares were represented, approximately 11.0 % of all shares. A summary of the resolutions follows. All resolutions were passed unanimously.
Approval of the acquisition of warrants outstanding in the subsidiary Nexam Chemical AB
The EGM resolved, in accordance with the proposal from the Board of Directors, to authorize Nexam Chemical Holding AB (publ) to acquire all outstanding warrants in the subsidiary from ten warrant holders. The total purchaseprice amounts to SEK 4,773,019 and will be settled in the next coming days.
