Changes in the Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2018

As specified by the instructions for the Nomination Committee, which were adopted by the Annual General Meeting 2017, if any of the shareholders on the Nomination Committee no longer belong to the three largest shareholders, then the said shareholder shall relinquish its position on the Nomination Committee to a shareholder that has become one the three largest shareholders.

Handelsbanken Fonder has reduced its holding since 30 June 2017 and since the Nomination Committee was formed. In view of this, Magnus Strömer, appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder, has made his place available. New member of the Nomination Committee is Ulric Grönvall appointed by Danske Invest Sverige Fokus.

The Nomination Committee for the AGM 2018 therefor consists of the following persons:

     Jesper Bonnivier, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and appointed by Länsförsäkringar Småbolag Sverige;
     Ulric Grönvall, appointed by Danske Invest Sverige Fokus; and
     Anita Otterheim Hjalmarsson, appointed by Holm Invest AB (Lennart Holm)

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee can contact the Nomination Committee via email at: valberedning@nexamchemical.com, or by regular mail addressed to: Nexam Chemical Holding AB (publ), Att: Nomination Committee, Scheelevägen 19, 223 63 LUND, Sweden.

Proposals should be received by the Nomination Committee no later than 2 March 2018 for the Nomination Committee to be able to process them with sufficient care.
