Acquisition of production plant in Great Britain

Nexam Chemical AB has acquired St Andrews ChemTech International Limited, which will change name to Nexam St Andrews Ltd.
“I am very pleased that we now have agreed on taking our successful collaboration a step further. Erik Lager, Nexam’s Production Director will work closely with the team in Scotland in terms of process development, scale-up and production of Nexam’s products. Through this acquisition, we ensure production capacity while enabling a high level of flexibility to our customers. The acquisition also allows us to in the near future to increase production capacity. In parallel, we will continue working with other contract manufacturers in terms of larger volumes”, says Per Palmqvist Morin, CEO of Nexam Chemical AB.
